By using our site in any way, you are agreeing to comply with the TOU. By participating in contests, inquiry submission, or posting of content you agree to allow us to use your contact information to inform you of upcoming events and news regarding our site or services. We will not sell or use this information in any way that may compromise our integrity or be considered unethical. In addition, when using particular Horn-Ball Texas Tailgaters, SP, services, you agree to abide by any applicable posted guidelines for all service providers, which may change from time to time. Should you object to any term or condition of the TOU, any guidelines, or any subsequent modifications thereto or become dissatisfied with Horn-Ball Texas Tailgaters, SP in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of HornballTailgaters.com.

Furthermore, the Horn-Ball Texas Tailgaters site and Content available through the site may contain links to other websites, which are completely independent of Horn-Ball Texas Tailgaters.  Horn-Ball Texas Tailgaters makes no representation or warranty as to the quality, accuracy, completeness or authenticity of the information or services represented on our site. e) that constitutes or contains "affiliate marketing," "link referral code," "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or unsolicited commercial advertisement; 

6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
